Submissions

When you submit information through our fan, project, or investor forms, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. For project submissions: submitting does not create any obligation, partnership, or agreement, does not transfer any rights in your project, and you retain all rights unless and until a separate written agreement is signed. We review submissions in confidence but cannot guarantee confidentiality of unsolicited ideas; please do not submit confidential third-party material.

No offer of securities

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and nothing here creates any commitment of any kind. Any offering, if made, will be made only to eligible investors through definitive offering documents, including the Private Placement Memorandum, subscription agreement, and associated risk disclosures. Membership and SCRN

Membership and SCRN are not investments. SCRN is a non-transferable fan credential earned through participation; it has no cash value, is not sold, is not a security, and conveys no ownership, profit rights, or expectation of financial return. Membership benefits are subject to change.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission, except as necessary to use the site normally.

Limitation of liability
